Up in the air: The 2nd Lubao balloon fest in photos

LUBAO, Pampanga, Philippines — The 2nd Lubao International Balloon Festival kicked off Thursday in this town with 42 participating balloons from all over the world, making it the biggest hot air ballooning event in Southeast Asia in terms of number.

Here are some photos from the first two days of the festival, which will run until Sunday, March 29:
