Vana, from the Soft collection

WHETHER it’s a classic vintage feel, a modern embellished piece, or a mix of both, we found the right wedding ensemble options.

The Rosa Clara 2015 collection brings back timeless designs inspired by the glamour  of Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly that will make every woman look her finest on the big day.

This year’s collection includes Rosa Clara, Rosa Clara Two and Rosa Clara Soft. Rosa Clara maintains the classic wedding gown cut and style, keeping the dresses conservative, structured and classic. This collection brings back the old Hollywood glam, sophistication and style.

Rosa Clara Two is similar, but has a more modern touch since it is heavier on the beading, and works more with lace and tulle.  Rosa Clara Soft definitely gives a softer feel—perfect for resort or garden wedding destinations. The modern cut is shaped to make the bride look taller, and gives a sexier silhouette.

All three collections have stylish timeless looks. Aside from bridal gowns, Rosa Clara  has ensembles for maids of honor, bridesmaids, cocktail gowns or long gowns for black-tie occasions.

Traditional white

This year is all about romantic silhouettes, beading, texture, tulle and ruffles.

Bridal gowns should maintain the traditional white fabric, and for the entourage, either beige, cream, soft pinks, or any muted tones—nothing too bright.

A bride’s look will never be complete without hair and makeup. This year, the way to go is keeping the minimalist, effortless look.

Any of the bun variations or sophisticated tousled hair looks, paired with timeless and clean makeup and a classy nude shade for the lips, will guarantee a head-turning look that can last from day to night.

The Rosa Clara website has 300 different wedding gown designs, 200 of which are available in the Spanish brand’s showroom at The Residences at Greenbelt Tower III. An app  makes it even easier to look through the collection using any smart device.

What makes Rosa Clara’s Philippine branch unique is that after making your request for a particular gown about four months before fitting it, you can have it altered to your liking—from altering the size and adding beading and detail, to lowering the cut or changing the neckline.

Also, the local branch has two tailors who were trained in Spain, hence there is no need to send the gown all the way back.
