Top American model Sean O’Pry led the launch of Penshoppe’s newest collections during the Philippine fashion brand’s Denimlab Fashion Show at the SMX Convention Center Manila.

The show saw the launch of Penshoppe’s Summer, Utilitarian, and Denim Collections.

O’Pry opened the show in a striped sweater with green sleeves paired with distressed knee-length denim shorts. The crowd screamed in delight as the “Blank Space” (song by Taylor Swift) music video star walked the runways with his cool and calm confidence made even more attractive by Penshoppe’s latest summer styles.

The Summer Collection kicked off the show with its playful pieces rendered in show-stopping brights and eye-popping designs.

Tees, tanks, joggers and skirts in sorbet colors ruled the women’s collection. Fresh denim pieces from polos, vests, shorts, and distressed boyfriend jeans added some edge to the candy color-infused parade.

Tasteful florals and interesting graphics adorned the summer polo shirts for the guys, which were complemented by sunny-colored shorts and chinos. Denim polo tops and cozy sweaters provided for more look upgrades along with relaxed denim with the signature worn-in look.

A sea of army greens, browns, and fatigue prints were in full mode in the Utilitarian Collection, which epitomized tough and chic. Street fashion got a twist with tops, skirts and cargo pants, which came with statement anoraks and bomber jackets for the ladies.

Male models embodied the brawn in the Utilitarian Collection’s dark-colored denim and fatigue jeans, which were paired with tailored polos, statement tees and military-inspired tops. Dark coats and bomber jackets further added a dash of bad ass to every get-up.

O’Pry went out garbed only in a tank top and biker jeans, one of the two key pieces in the Penshoppe Denimlab collection. Featuring ribbed panels and a restructured look, biker jeans are this season’s denim must-have along with joggers.

Other fashion-forward takes on denim were also featured such as distressed and stonewashed styles.

Penshoppe’s signature denims were the perfect canvas to various types of tops. From cropped styles, loose-fitting blouses, and simple white tees, Penshoppe’s jeans, which come in a myriad of cuts and washes, were highlighted with their amazing fit.

O’Pry closed the fashion show in an ensemble composed of a chill sweater, shirt, and biker jeans, as models paraded the best of Penshoppe’s denim styles to fashion fans.

Penshoppe has close to 400 branches in the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
