Local dance crew, Legit Status, is ready to represent the Philippines in this year’s World Hip-Hop Dance Championship. Before the team heads out to Arizona this week, they gave everyone first dibs of what the world is about to see in their two-day fundraising concert, “Represent!” last July 15 and 16 at Henry Lee Irwin Theater at the Ateneo de Manila University.

The group performed dance pieces of different genres that truly shows how versatile Legit Status is. But the highlight of both nights was their exclusive showcase of their pieces for the varsity and megacrew divisions respectively. We wish we could tell you just how awesome their performances were but taking of photos and videos during their performance of their competition pieces were strictly prohibited. Now, we can only pray and wish for the team’s victory in representing our country. In the meantime, we got these photos to remind us that Legit Status is out and about, ready to represent.
