Kim and Kanye’s Baby’s Name Is Saint and the Memes Are Crazy

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just welcomed Baby Yeezus and blessed him with the holy name of Saint West. And this just in: Just like their first baby North, Saint won’t also have a middle name. But the Internet, unforgiving to the two and feeling a little sacrilegious, welcomed the baby with countless memes and hate tweets.

But even before anything else, guess what? A Twitter user “prophesied” the name already six months ago, even before Kimye thought about it.

Afterwards, the memes came flooding in. Most played around the couple being modern-day Mary and Joseph. (Well, Kim was initially due for her labor on Dec. 25, actually.)

On Twitter, one even posted, “Saint West, son of Yeezus Christ.”

One even suggested Kim got inspired by certain type of dog.

And a few others dressed Kim up in religious garb.

Even celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres had something to say, as well.

And poor baby for receiving so much hate this early. Actress Kristen Johnson predicts he’ll be a patron saint of douches.

At least it’s not another direction-based moniker. “I don’t like South West, though, because you know, North will always [have] better direction,” Kim told NPR in June. “I mean, everyone keeps on saying South and I think it’s so stupid. Stupidest thing ever and just ridiculous.”

Kim didn’t have a very immaculate childbirth, though. The delivery was a long and painful process, as reported by TMZ. Though it was through normal delivery, Kim got placenta accreta, a pregnancy condition where the placenta grows deep into the uterine wall, which can cause severe blood loss after birthing.

At least that’s over now! To Kimye and their new baby Saint, God bless you, guys!
