Nigel Barker, popularly known as this generation’s photographer to supermodels, blew into town recently for the launch of his hardbound “Models of Influence: 50 Women Who Reset the Course of Fashion,” sponsored by Swatch and Philippine Tatler.
Barker became a buzzword in Manila following his judging stint in “America’s Next Top Model.”
Inquirer Lifestyle columnist Tessa Prieto took the occasion to trade books with Barker. She gifted the photographer with a copy of her own “Tessa: Ten Times Ten,” a compilation of her best columns that have appeared in these pages in the last decade.
