There are so many products coming out in the market that I would like to share five I think that are actually worth spending your time for checking out. Four of them I am actually already using, and I know they will be part of my regimen; and one I will be gifting myself.

Côte Bastide candle in Ambre—I love candles. They help create a mood. And with this wet weather we are experiencing Côte Bastide’s scented candle in Ambre, with its crisp  warm vanilla and oriental ambre notes, is perfect; it actually makes me enjoy the cold lazy weather a little bit too much.

I also appreciate the understated packaging. The flame so  illuminated the color of the wax that I found myself just staring at it. It will also makes a good gift. Available at Cura V.

Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask

For the girl on the go (whom I always assume is just about every woman), this product is easy to use and will rejuvenate dull skin which the cold weather brings. It smells good and feels ticklish on the skin while it turns into foam. I have been using it for quite some time;  a bottle actually lasts pretty long. Available at SM Makati.

Diptyque Florabellio—A fragrance created as some sort of an olfactory landscape: in the foreground, invigorating and salty sea spray mingles with the vegetal bitterness of sea fennel. It then develops around soft and sensual apple blossom, and in the background, like an optical illusion, swirling wafts of roasted coffee with toasted sesame accents.

I have been using Diptyque ever since it was brought into town by Rustan’s and have been obsessed with their products. This scent is a unisex scent which I am partial too. What I love about this brand is it is not mainstream so you really have the opportunity to own a signature scent. A definite must-try.

Bulgari Serpenti Wedding Band—The most exciting news for women and men about to get engaged and married is that Bulgari’s fine jewelry in Manila now includes engagement rings and wedding bands.

My personal fave is the rose gold Serpenti wedding band, and since I’m already married I am hoping my husband will gift me one for our anniversary. If that doesn’t happen than I should probably start saving and gift one to myself. Available in Bulgari, Greenbelt.
