Senator Loren Legarda flaunted her all-Filipino outfit— a bag made of recycled newspapers, her shoes made in Marikina , and a wraparound on her waist, which she said is a table runner. She also donned a large Bontoc necklace and Ilonggot dangling earrings.
Legarda also confessed that the black pants she was wearing was her own jogging pants.
Last year, Legarda, who is a known supporter of local materials, also wore a native-inspired ensemble of a black top, a skirt made from indigenous fabric and an oversized necklace. IDL
