Empire East and DATEM Starts Construction of The Rochester’s 8th Tower

PASIG, Philippines- Real estate developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. partners with topnotch construction company DATEM Incorporated for the fast, safe and high-quality construction of Empire East’s community-inspired development in Pasig City, The Rochester.

Last July 21st, Empire East together with Datem Incorporated held the official concrete pouring ceremony for The Rochester’s Parklane Tower, which signifies the start of its construction. “We plan to use pre-cast walls for this tower. It is quicker to install this type of material because it can withstand any weather. The materials used are also proven to be more durable” explains Engr. Gerardo Sulit from DATEM. The Parklane Tower’s façade is designed with an Asian modern theme, giving its residents an authentic feel of style and luxury.
