Malto reworks Angono petroglyphs

“ANG PETROGLYPHS ng Angono” presents Marco Ruben T. Malto II’s representation of the endangered engravings in an Angono, Rizal, cave.

The exhibit will open on Nov. 12, at the University of the Philippines Vargas Museum. Panel paintings simulating the Angono Petroglyphs provide the backdrop for the artist’s interpretation of the etched linear outlines by referencing historical and current political and social images in the country.

The show runs until Dec. 11.

Ventura at Big & Small

PRSP holds membership meet

THE PUBLIC Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) recently held its third general membership meeting at Megaworld Uptown Showroom at Bonifacio Global City with Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chair Andy Bautista as guest speaker. He was presented with an abstract painting by Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Joy Rojas II, PRSP president Bong Osorio and committee chair Mandy Navasero. Bautista talked about Comelec plans for the 2016 elections.
