Oasis in a bustling metropolis

Since Cebu is the center of trade and business in the Visayas, it made perfect sense for Rockwell Land to choose the Queen City of the South as its first property development outside Manila.

Located in the Lahug district, 32 Sanson will consist of four low-rise residential buildings in a 3.2-hectare lot.

Designed with the signature attention to detail and classic look that Rockwell is known for, 32 Sanson is envisioned not only as a place to live, but an oasis in a bustling metropolis. Though secluded, it is only a stone’s throw away from major commercial establishments and offices, financial institutions and educational centers for the convenience of residents.

Bigger than others

The recent launch of 32 Sanson’s Buri and Solihiya buildings was a festive event held in the former Aboitiz residence within the property, attended by media and Cebu society.

Renowned chef Sandy Daza of Wooden Spoon catered in partnership with Laguna Café, treating guests to a scrumptious buffet of classic Filipino cuisine, even frying up some lechon for a few lucky guests, including us.

We had the opportunity to view the two-bedroom showroom, which is a lot bigger than most new residential units at 82-90 square meters inclusive of maid’s quarters.

One of the most attractive qualities about 32 Sanson is that outdoor activities are right at one’s doorstep. Residents will enjoy two swimming pools, a gym, a jogging path, a multipurpose court, a yoga and dance studio, and two clubhouses.

Couples with children will also be glad to see a spacious lawn and playground for their little ones.

Buri and Solihiya will each have eight residential floors, while the other two buildings, Raffia and Gmelina, will both have five residential floors.

There is also a plan to construct a commercial area to cater to residents’ needs.

The design plans of 32 Sanson prioritized comfort and security through less but more spacious units. All buildings will be disaster-proof, able to withstand the toughest weather conditions and earthquakes.

There are provisions for a three-day back-up water supply in case of emergency, as well as a generator.

Buri and Solihiya will be ready for move-in by the first quarter of 2019—just enough time for those dreaming to reside in a neighborhood as desirable and complete as 32 Sanson.
