#1 Adaäm & Yves Organic Bistro

The newest on this list, Adaäm & Yves Organic Bistro is already making waves in the local gastronomic scene despite only being a few months old. The menu is not entirely vegetarian but it assures healthier versions of the usual restaurant favorites. It is heavily-influenced by European cuisine, rooting from owner and chef Sean Go’s English educational background.

#2 The Clean Plate by Twist

Distinct from this roster is The Clean Plate by Twist, wherein the entrées are mostly Filipino dishes. Do not misjudge that this is a no-frills restaurant, though. It pushes for enlightened eating among its diners, especially the young ones, and the simplest recipes are presented in a quality way.

Susi, or “key” in English, hopes it can unlock the benefits of a healthy lifestyle just waiting to be tapped in each of us. It strictly has a vegan, no dairy, and gluten-free menu which shows the inventiveness of the restaurant as it modifies household favorites such as quiche and carbonara with vegan-friendly ingredients.

Owned by a group that include celebrities Bianca King, Glaiza de Castro, Abby Asistio, photographer Xander Angeles, and othersRunner’s Kitchen opened just early last year, yet its menu has already evolved into some of the most appetizing and innovative healthy options of its kind. Staying true to its name, it mostly serves high protein recovery meals and complex carbohydrates, all while sustaining the practice of healthy eating.

Translating healthy living through food and presentation, The Wholesome Table has specific menu options that are vegan, vegetarian, non-fat, dairy-free, and gluten-free. It is one of those upscale restaurants that introduced organic dishes without compromising on taste. All of the ingredients that are used are made from scratch. The restaurant’s dishes also opt for healthier alternatives rather than the usual fixings.

One can never go wrong with the classic salad, and the Singaporean restaurant SaladStop! has expanded our green horizons, one customized salad at a time. Its rich, Asian-inspired menu consists of flavors and ingredients which can either be served as a plain salad or wrap. They also serve homemade pastries with no preservatives included.

Their claim to fame is their selection of cold-pressed juices, made fresh daily and without preservatives.
