POLL: Who wore the barong Tagalog best among Apec leaders?

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders, all clad in barong Tagalog, attended a lavish dinner gala hosted by President Benigno Aquino III at Mall of Asia Arena Wednesday night.

It has become a tradition in the annual Apec Economic Leaders’ Summit that the heads of states don the host country’s national garb.

The semi-sheer shirts partially made from pineapple fiber were custom made by local designer Paul Cabral.
