Men fall asleep faster than women do after reaching orgasm, because they release endorphins faster, about 20-30 seconds after release. Women can take up to three to five minutes, to even 20 minutes after orgasm-which is why “afterplay” is important, since cuddling helps release women’s endorphins.
The younger a man is, the shorter his refractory period, or how fast he can get another erection. At 18, it takes just a few minutes; at 25, around 19 minutes; at 55, any time between 24 hours and a week. Annelle Tayao
