‘If you believe it, then you will see’

WONDERS never cease in life. Every day we hear inspiring stories about recovery and amazing healing experiences. Here are some of them.

He was born a frail child. Despite his parents’ efforts to strengthen his body through sports, he never really liked it. But Richard remained steadfast and survived bouts of pneumonia and typhoid fever.

As a banker, he found success. The sleepless nights and skipped meals paid off—until one morning when Richard, 45, felt weak and unable to breathe properly.

After a hospital checkup, he was diagnosed with severe rheumatic heart disease. He was advised to undergo heart surgery. Because he did not have enough money, he sought a more affordable, natural approach.

Researching on natural healing practices, he adopted the following regimen:

1) Vegan—not just vegetarian but a strict vegan, consuming 100 percent, pure plant-based food.

2) Exercise—moderate walking daily for 15 minutes.

3) Supplements—regular intake of Ubiquinol and Omega-3, powerful anti-inflammatories.

4) Sleep—early to bed (by 9 p.m.), early to rise (5 a.m.).

After three months, he regained 60 percent of his strength. But he was not satisfied. So he searched for a cardiologist who could combine both allopathic and complementary medicine.

He also added one vital ingredient to his lifestyle: Transfer Factor. Manufactured by a US-based company, 4Life Transfer Factor is a unique remedy that helps make the immune system more intelligent.

In layman’s terms, 4Life introduces molecules taken from the “messaging” found in chicken eggs and milk/colostrum of the cow. This code is actually the transfer factor passed on from mother hen to chick, cow to calf.

The message? A strategy adopted by the parent animal’s immune system on how to combat countless diseases it’s exposed to. By transferring its intelligence, it fine-tunes the animal’s immune system to recognize bacteria, viruses, inflammation, etc.

Through a special patented formula, the capsule has become a favorite rescue supplement.

Richard went on 3-3-3 capsules daily for six months while maintaining his new lifestyle.

He was later given a clean bill of health; X-rays had shown he had normal heart valves.

Today, he continues to take his newfound supplement; he has reduced his consumption to three times daily.

Rina had severe rhinitis and allergies; and Julian, 65, battled Stage 2 cancer of the larynx. Both took the treatment for three to six months. Then they saw a dramatic change in their health profiles.

Mild strokes

At age 58, Melissa was 30 pounds overweight. Throughout her teens and adulthood, she had suffered mild to severe headaches. Her migraines were so unbearable they would render her immobile with acute sensitivity to light.

Every migraine attack would send her running to a room completely devoid of light. For hours she would stay in the room, keeping still until the episode passed.

Once, while walking down a flight of stairs, she suddenly fell. Apparently she had lost control of her reflexes. A series of tests including ECG and MRI revealed she had suffered a series of mild strokes. It was clear that some of her severe migraine attacks were small strokes.

Placed under the supervision of her neurologist and cardiologist, Melissa complied with all of the required medication. But she wanted more control over her health.

A dramatic lifestyle change included sacrificing dessert. She went on a zero-sugar diet.

The turning point came when she attended the healing services of fiery healing evangelist Pastor Nathan Morris of Shake the Nations Ministry who was visiting New Life Christian Center in Alabang.

A devout Christian, Melissa completed the six-day healing service feeling renewed and encouraged by the sight of churchgoers having their vision, hearing and mobility restored.

A few days after the service, she underwent a carotid test. The results were normal.

There is a saying, “God helps those who help themselves.” In Melissa’s case, this was evident.

But a more compelling saying is one founded on strong faith: “If you believe it, then you will see.”

This week’s affirmation: “I believe in miracles, in love and light!”
