A fan of newly crowned Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo-Wurtzbach has created a doll inspired by the Filipino beauty queen’s look during the pageant’s coronation night.
On an Instagram post, Ian Mendajar said the doll was her gift to Pia for giving him and Filipinos the “best Christmas gift” after winning the prestigious beauty title, ending a title drought of 42 years for the Philippines.

“@piawurtzbach gave me and all the Filipinos the best Christmas gift after winning the Miss Universe 2015 title and now it’s my time to give her a Christmas gift. Hello Universe! Please welcome MISS UNIVERSE DOLL, a doll version of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach,” Mendajar said in the caption.
The doll was wearing a royal blue gown worn by Wurtzbach last Dec. 20, which was designed by Filipino designer Albert Andrada and drew inspiration from the country’s natural wonders.
