Your new home can get you to places faster

Bianca Evangelista, a 33-year-old advertising practitioner has worked in Makati City all her life. She endured a decade of riding commuter buses at EDSA from the North Ave. in Quezon City all the way to her office at Ayala Ave. She has been waking up at 5:30 AM so she can leave at 6:30 AM in order to avoid traffic and arrive on time. But it’s not always the best days for her.

Now that she’s married, she and her husband decided to buy a car with hopes to pierce through traffic easier and get to work faster. But after six months of driving to and from work, all she got were deep car scratches due to minor road accidents in rush hours; and constant migraine from the heavy traffic. Their vehicle’s installment plan is also causing a fortune without any real advantage on her part as she still gets late from work. This went on until finally, she asked her husband to consider moving to a place closer to their offices.

Good thing they were able to spot an advertisement along one of EDSA’s mini billboards about the San Lorenzo Place, a high-rise condominium located at the Makati Central Business District specifically along EDSA corner Chino Roces Ave. Upon inquiry, she learns that there is no down payment and that the monthly amortization goes as low as P12,500. It’s almost half of the monthly fee she’s paying for her car!

Above all, it makes her even more excited to have an address that is at the middle of the city’s business district! Makati is also one of the cities that practice strict yet very effective road guidelines. Its wider roads and systematic traffic flow makes a better experience for both her family and their car! It makes driving to and from work more enjoyable.

Makati is also a home to the country’s best schools like Assumption College, Ateneo Business School and Mapua Makati. It is also within the range of huge malls and posh restaurants making city living more enjoyable for herself and her husband. Speaking of malls, San Lorenzo Place also boasts of its own retail stores – making shopping and leisure closer to home.

It might have taken Bianca years to realize that investing in a home is still the best option for every city dweller. But at least now, she is enjoying the fruits of her hard earned labor.
