Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach added another gem on her bejeweled crown after she posed for seasoned fashioned photographer and “America’s Next Top Model” judge Nigel Barker.

In a post by Barker on his Instagram account last Saturday, he said that he was shooting Wurtzbach in a New York City hotel for a Philippine magazine.

“Photographing the beautiful Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach at the exquisite Baccarat Hotel for Philippine Tatler #BTS #NYC #lifeextraordinary,” he said.

Barker has previously photographed other Filipino celebrities such as Georgina Wilson, Lucy Torres-Gomez and Ruffa Gutierrez.

The renowned photographer has been to the Philippines several times and in one of his interviews, he remarked that he is a “big fan of Filipino beauty.”

“I noticed that the big part of the character of the Filipina is to be friendly, hospitable, charming, and graceful. These aren’t usual characters you’ll find in models the world over,” he told Preen in June 2015. AJH
