It’s always nice to have fresh arrangements on your table that are not your typical flowers.
This idea will not only make your table look prettier, it is also something your friends and family can take home and nurture as remembrances of the good times.

You’ll need:

Jam jar or canning jar, no cover needed
Garden soil
Herb cuttings
Rope twine or ribbon
Sticker label
Pen
Scissors

Directions:
1) Fill your empty, clean jam jar with garden soil just below the neck rim of the bottle.
2) Cut your herbs to the length needed to sink the stems into the garden soil.
3) Cut twine or ribbon to size and tie a ribbon or bow around the neck of jar.
4) Write the name of your herb on the sticker label and carefully affix on the jar.

Tip:
You can group the jars on a decorative tray for added panache.
