Chef Chua brings more than 30 years of culinary experience, and currently leads the kitchen operations and menu conceptualization of the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium.
Some of the popular dishes included in his cycles at Seven Corners are Spicy Prawn Salad with Cucumber and Onion, Mee Goreng, Beef Rendang, Sambal Squid, Singapore Laksa and the Singapore Chicken Rice.
