Seven Corners restaurant at Crowne Plaza Galleria in Ortigas brings authentic Singaporean cuisine to its patrons and guests this month. Feast on the unique flavors of the Lion City as Chua Yew Hock, executive chef of Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, showcases his dishes until March 13.

Chef Chua brings more than 30 years of culinary experience, and currently leads the kitchen operations and menu conceptualization of the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium.

Some of the popular dishes included in his cycles at Seven Corners are Spicy Prawn Salad with Cucumber and Onion, Mee Goreng, Beef Rendang, Sambal Squid, Singapore Laksa and the Singapore Chicken Rice.

To make this culinary journey more exciting, Seven Corners has partnered with Cebu Pacific Air and Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium to give a lucky diner a free trip to Singapore for two. One raffle coupon will be given for every P2,000 worth of food and beverage ordered at Seven Corners until March 13. The raffle draw will be held on March 15.
