Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has maintained that if she had to choose between love or career, she would choose the latter despite rumors that she is supposedly in a relationship with Mikhael Varshavski, who has been dubbed as the “sexiest doctor alive.”
In a video released by Buzzfeed Philippines on Thursday, Wurtzbach was asked: “love or career?”
“Career. If the guy really loves you, he will wait,” the Filipina beauty queen said—while making lumpia (spring rolls).
She also laughed when told that she was “cooler” than Varshavski, an allusion to the viral snap Wurtzbach posted with the doctor.
On Wednesday, a screenshot supposedly from Wurtzbach’s personal account showed that she is already in a relationship with Varshavski.
She has earlier denied in a Facebook live interview that she is in a relationship, saying that being Miss Universe remains her top priority.

In the Buzzfeed video, the beauty queen also answered questions on her preference between Jollibee or McDonald’s (she chose Jollibee); James Reid or Justin Bieber (she picked James Reid); and fish or pork sinigang (she said she prefers pork sinigang).
She also revealed that she wore seven-inch heels while she was training to be a contestant in Binibining Pilipinas.
On his end, Varshavski has neither confirmed nor denied the rumors. AJH/IDL
