Straight Up at the roof deck of Seda BGC gets all fired up with a range of sizzling items fresh off-the-grill. The barbecue dinner buffet features perfectly cooked meats, prawns, salmon, blue marlin and other seafood, plus sausages, sides and other go-with’s, including appetizers, pasta and desserts. A unique rooftop cookout, this gustatory experience can be enjoyed from 7:00 to 11:00 pm on Thursdays to Saturdays at only Php900++, amid a view of the stunning metro skyline and beyond.
Guests who prefer a lighter version can enjoy the pre-dinner pica-pica called “aperi-grill” from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The term is an offshoot of “apericena,” a modern Italian trend designed as a prelude to dinner featuring aperitifs and a buffet of appetizers enjoyed in the company of friends. At Seda, guests love the international variety coupled with innovations by Executive Chef Romualdo “Pepe” Castillo. Aperi-grill follows the same concept, focusing on grilled items which come free with any order of an alcoholic beverage or mocktail.
Enhancing the food flavors is the Wine Buffet, showcasing quality international house wines at only Php 800 nett from 4:00 until 8:00 pm daily.

Straight Up on the roof deck bar of Seda BGC offers a panoramic view that covers East to West, from the verdant park amid fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Bonifacio High Street, to vibrant residential communities as far as Laguna de Bay.
Listed on various international sites of the world’s best bars, Straight Up follows a modern design concept that offers guests a choice of enjoying the stunning cityscape “al fresco”, or lounging indoors amid high ceilings, surrounded by black-and-white abstract photographs of Bonifacio Global City by Tom Epperson. Further in is the private room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a polymer wall accent that adds texture and character. For intimate groups of up to 30 persons, the private room offers the option of extending to the outdoor area for a more versatile experience.
Straight Up is known for lounge, a mix of classic house and skillful remakes of familiar tunes, starting off with downtempo chill moving up to deep house and re-interpreted disco classics with Latin tinges.
Enhancing the variety are Theme Nights: bossa nova, jazz and soul by a guest singer on Wednesdays and Thursdays (8:00 to 11:00 pm); hits of the ‘70’s to ‘90’s with guest dj’s on Fridays (8:00 pm – 2:00 am); and a combination of lounge and retro on Saturdays, also by guest DJ’s (8:00 pm – 2:00 am).
