Miss USA Olivia Jordan took to Instagram to share her excitement before flying to the Philippines to watch the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 coronation night on Sunday.

In a video addressed to reigning Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach on Friday, Jordan said her bags were already packed for what will be her farthest travel destination so far.

“Thank you so much for inviting me to the Philippines. This is surely a huge dream come true. I’ve never travelled this far. And I’m so excited to watch you crown your successor,” Jordan said.

“So happy for and proud of you and what you are doing and I’m so excited to meet all of your fans all the people who have been so supportive of me, too,” she added.

Jordan, who finished 2nd runner-up in the Miss Universe pageant, earned the admiration of Filipinos for being supportive of Wurtzbach following the controversial announcement of the wrong winner. She and Wurtzbach have since been roommates in New York.
