DRESSING for the rainy season is tricky: You want to stay dry, yet you risk getting wet, not with rainwater, but sweat. Here’s how to stay cool even when covered up.

Cool in culottes
With their unique silhouette, trendy culottes are a comfy yet stylish alternative to jeans. Dress them up with heels and a cardigan over a white turtleneck.
