Italian specialties at Diamond Hotel

Diamond Hotel Philippines expands its themed buffet nights by featuring gourmet treasures from Italy prepared by the hotel’s executive chef Salvatore De Vincentis.

 

Experience Italy via a culinary journey at Corniche restaurant this July with specialties from Napoli, Sicily and Rome. Guests can choose from  a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, freshly cooked pasta, creamy risotto,  pizza, porchetta (slow-roasted pork belly) and osso buco (veal shank with gremolata).

Chef Salvatore was born in Sorrento, Italy. As he grew older, he found himself spending a lot of time in his uncle’s restaurant, Il Sarago, which became his training ground. His professional culinary journey started at the London-Ciro Pomodoro Restaurant. He now has more than 20 years of experience.

The Italian buffet at Corniche is available all Saturdays of July from 6 to 10:30 p.m. and is priced at P2,580 nett per person.
