Michelin Star restaurant Tim Ho Wan continues to make waves in the local culinary scene, opening a new branch in Uptown Bonifacio in Taguig City that features a rare supper menu and longer operating hours.

 

Located at the Upper Grand Floor of Uptown Mall, Tim Ho Wan’s newest branch is the first to offer a supper menu and to have extended operating hours, which runs until 3AM, in the Philippines.

Diners and foodies can now satisfy their odd-hour Tim Ho Wan cravings at its newest branch with its exclusive supper menu tailored for the for the odd-hour service.

Patrons can choose from the Sliced Imported Abalone Congee with Chicken and Mushroom, the Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodles, the Pork Vegetable Wonton Noodles, and the Garlic Fried Fish Skin, along with other classics the restaurant has always served.

More diners can also enjoy the famous and Tim Ho Wan trademark, sweet and tender Baked Barbeque Pork Buns that never fails to excite the Filipino taste buds.

Customers seeking for a greener option can indulge in the very flavorful Steamed Spinach Dumpling. The unique combination of wonton wrapper, spinach, and shrimp brings a fantastic treat to both the tongue and the body.

The prawn dumplings are another impressive dumpling variation that is perfect for the shrimp-lovers. These dumplings are stuffed with very generous servings of specially seasoned prawns.

Diners are also invited to try the amazing bowl meals. The Abalone Congee is an incredible comfort food, served with large chicken portions and mushroom bits that go best with the other congee condiments.
