Interior design and housing products company Mujirushi Ryohin, popularly known as Muji, is looking for someone—whether Japanese or foreigner—who will be willing to stay in a classy and minimalist house for two years, rent-free.

Muji is set to start construction of a Window House (Mado no Ie) in  Kamakura town, Kanagawa prefecture, where the lucky winner will live.

The sleek home will have two floors and 80 square meters of total floor space. The winner will only spend for his food, utilities and personal expenses, Rocket News reports.

In return for living in the house for free, the fortunate occupant should be willing to participate in the company’s photo shoots, presentations, and feedback programs regarding the housing project. Also, the tenant should be fluent and eloquent in the Japanese language.

Anyone interested can apply until Aug. 31, and the successful applicant will move to Kamakura in March.  Gianna Francesca Catolico
