What’s the Real Deal Between Pia Wurtzbach and the ‘Sexiest Doctor Alive’?

The reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach may be keeping mum about the real score about her and Dr. Mikhail Varshavski, also known as People magazine’s “Sexiest Doctor Alive,” but their social media posts couldn’t be any louder.

Recently, the doctor’s latest Snap with the beauty queen has gone viral along with posts from netizens who have no chill.

The two first met in New York City in January and Mikhail couldn’t be more delighted as he posted the encounter on Instagram.

She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she’s deathly afraid of the sight of blood , so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead #touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach

Soon after, Pia posted a photo on their “friendly date”:
