The Grove’s units are designed for comfort and big windows allow maximum lighting.

TODAY, Oct. 8, and tomorrow are red-letter days at The Grove by Rockwell in Pasig City. To mark the turnover to owners of units of its last two towers, the property developer is holding a “Move In Fair” at The Grove function room.

Home suppliers will be around, and a talk, “How to Turn A Space Into A Home,” will be conducted today, Oct. 8, 2 p.m., by Anton Barretto, style arbiter, proprietor of Nest home accessories store, and magazine editor. He will discuss how to treat layout, finding the right accessories color, décor theme color, choosing the right carpet and right lighting fixture.

Barretto says, “The Grove has the DNA of Rockwell Land where everything is at your fingertips. You don’t need to go out anymore. Residents, who have considered other locations,  are happy to have chosen The Grove because it’s central to everything.”

He adds that The Grove is well-planned down to the parking space. “The parking is spacious. Cars can easily back out. The units are laid out well. You can work with spaces even if you’re not a professional. On the higher floors, you can appreciate unobstructed views of Mandaluyong, Pasig and as far as Rizal Park. There are no other buildings in front of these towers, just open spaces.”

Rockwell Land also invited suppliers who can help its residents move into their spaces, such as Heima and  Habitat Manila furniture companies,  EuroKonzept fixtures, Abenson appliances, Globe, Ecotherm and Skycable utility companies, ADP and IdeaForm design firms, as well as several handpicked banks.

Idea/Forma Designers Company offers solutions in maximizing condominium space.

Urban oasis

A solution to densely populated concrete jungles, The Grove by Rockwell is a resort-theme development like no other. While other developers would use up every space  to maximize profits, The Grove by Rockwell is a 5.4 hectare community, of which 75 percent is open space.

Hence, inhabitants of its six towers will feel as if they are in an urban oasis, buffered from the madness of the metropolis.

Aside from the green sanctuary, The Grove is attractive to buyers because of its strategic location. Situated along C-5 in Pasig, the community is easily accessible from Quezon City, Antipolo, Taguig, and Makati.

Medical institutions, schools, regional malls and the Ortigas Central Business District are within a five-kilometer distance.

As the units are being turned over, buyers can now enjoy living in their new homes, replete with adequate living space and large windows that provide sweeping vistas of the greenery and the skyline.

The units measure 32 sqm to 190 sqm. They are ideal for young families whose children can run around the lawn and feel safe, upwardly mobile professionals who seek a  haven after playing urban warriors, or empty nesters who want a laidback lifestyle.

Self-contained

The Grove is a self-contained community with a grocery store, a bank, retail stores for essentials, and new concept restaurants which offer good food at affordable prices.

Its balanced lifestyle revolves around the Amenity Deck on the garden level. The Great Lawn is in the middle of four towers, which gives an expansive space to play.

It  is bordered by a jogging path where one can walk or run while savoring the fresh air. The size is also ideal for outdoor events.

The main poolside is built with an Olympic-sized lap pool, a kiddie pool for families, and a leisure pool to chill.  Residents can hold a poolside party under the gazebos or enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset.

Another perk is the Podium Amenity Deck, between Towers A and B, which offers more privacy to the residents. Fitness buffs can train in lap pool or gym which helps them save money on health club memberships.

The exclusivity is also extended to the outdoor and indoor basketball courts and outdoor tennis courts.
