Whether you love nothing more than challenging your body or are still motivating yourself to ditch the couch for the gym, there’s something for everyone looking to shape up from head to toe at the first SoulBGC Fit Camp.

Happening on Oct. 23, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., at Track 30th, in front of Two Parkade, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the fit camp is the fastest way to break a sweat, burn calories and even meet new friends.

From Urban Ashram’s free tai chi sessions with Eduardo Lapuos and a “Flexibility Not Required” yoga class with Amanda Zabat, to Herbalife’s exhilarating Zumba exercises, energy-boosting HIIT (high intensity interval training) and friendly football games, all the camp activities are meant to amp up your fitness routine and kickstart a fitter you.

Watch out for FWD Life’s Orange World App partners Plana Forma, Arnis  and Primal Ape Crossfit for a glimpse of their activities.

Participants can also spin around the market for freebies, raffle prizes, apparel by Perfect Form Activewear and Alcis Athletica, and healthy food and drinks from our participating concessionaires: gourmet meals from Crisp on 28th; sandwiches from The Lunchbox Diet; organic produce and purple corn from Homegrown Organics; malunggay pan de sal and other baked goods from Betterbread; and vegan food from Delicielo and Jertie’s Kitchen.

You can also get some guiltless indulgent ice cream from Cocolatto, fruity ice pops from Picole, and some energizing buttercream coffee from Buttr Coffee.

The event is presented by SoulBGC, under Hinge Inquirer Publications, Inc., the multimedia publication arm of the Inquirer Group of Companies, in partnership with Bonifacio Global City, and in cooperation with FWD Life, Herbalife, Urban Ashram Yoga; special thanks to our media partners Multisport.ph, Preen.ph and WhenInManila.com.   —CONTRIBUTED
