Here’s a penny-pinching tip to pretty up the table.

You will need only what you’ve already got:

Tea or coffee cups on saucers (the prettier the better!)

Silver tray or any tray you can dress up with a placemat

Potting soil or sand

Little plants or even branches

Scissors, for any trimming

Hand shovel, a big spoon will do

Put some soil in your cup.
Put in your little plant.
Pat soil firmly around plant.
Water the soil just enough to keep moist.

Arrange your tea cups on a tray and you’ve got your pretty “tea” garden setup for your table!
