In a recently made announcement, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort detailed a multi-year development plan that will see the addition of two new themed areas.

Once completed, guests will be greeted by Queen Elsa and Princess Anna to an all-new Frozen-themed area. They will be able to explore the locales of Arendelle that were featured in the motion picture.

The other new attraction will be a Marvel-themed area. Here guests will be able to interact with their favorite Marvel superheroes. They can even get to experience what it’s like to be Iron Man himself in the Iron Man Experience, which will open on Jan. 11, 2017. The Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters will be reimagined into a new experience where guests can fight alongside icons of the Marvel Universe.

Apart from the new areas, older familiar sections of the park will also be getting a facelift. The Castle and Hub area will be completely redone and will showcase new daytime and nighttime shows, as well as other entertainment offerings for every prince and princess. There will also be an Adventureland Show Place where guests can visit Moana’s Village Festival and enjoy live shows. They can even meet Moana, the newest heroine to star in Disney’s latest animated film, “Moana.”

Hong Kong Disneyland has continued to offer new attractions since 2005. With these new upcoming areas, the “land where dreams come true” will continue to inspire and bring joy to all visitors.  Alfred Bayle
