Harry Potter memorabilia will always have great value for its loyal fan base. One extremely rare gem—hand-written by J.K Rowling herself—was recently sold for a hefty sum.

A one-of-a-kind Harry Potter adjacent book, “The Tales of Beedle the Bard,”  was sold at a whopping £370,000 (US$463,727; P23.16 million) in an auction in London, England, on Tuesday.

Aside from having 6,000 penned words by the legendary author herself, the particular copy includes a personal dedication from Rowling to book publisher Barry Cunningham, according to a Huffington Post report.

“To Barry, the man who thought an overlong novel about a boy wizard in glasses might just sell… THANK YOU,” it reads.

“The Tales of Beedle the Bard”  made a prominent role in the Harry Potter’s seventh installment, “The Deathly Hallows,” which revealed the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility to Harry, Ron and Hermione.

The brown-leather book was one of only six copies Rowling gave to people who worked closely with the franchise. Each copy also includes her original illustrations as well.

A portion of the proceeds of the book will be donated  to Rowling’s charity, Lumos Foundation.  Khristian Ibarrola
