Marco Polo Ortigas Manila sets festive celebrations.
At Cucina, the hotel’s all-day dining outlet, there are buffet stations serving appetizers (Wakame Salad with Boston Lobster, Salmon Terrine and Pumpkin Soup) and seafood to savory mains (US Prime Rib, Roasted Lamb Leg with Herbs and Garlic, Stuffed Turkey, Roasted Pork Belly with Mustard Sauce and lechon) and desserts (Walnut Pecan Florentine, Chocolate Fountain, Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Cognac Anglaise and Merry Berry Tiramisu). Available on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 6-10 p.m.
Guests can also partake of a nostalgic Filipino-inspired noche buena midnight buffet on Dec. 24, 11 p.m. to midnight.
Buffet price is P1,500 net per person, children aged 6 and below eat for free while children aged 7 to 12 years old are charged half the price.
At Lung Hin, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, executive chef Raymond has prepared dishes like Deep Fried Hong Kong Pigeon, Roasted Crispy Duck, Fried Rice with Turkey and Assorted Seafood and Exclusive Christmas Dessert.

On Dec. 31, DJ Agnes will spin tracks at the Continental Club Floor on the 44th floor. There will be a buffet menu and ringside seats to view the city’s fireworks.
