Christmas gift-giving for the kids at Cribs | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

People flock to Daiso Japan to buy gifts—from their Kris Kringle requirements, to an array of choices for colleagues, classmates, family and friends.

This Christmas, Daiso Japan turned the tables and brought the gifts straight to where they were needed—the children of Cribs Foundation Inc.

The officers and staff of Daiso Japan visited the institution and held a special gift-giving activity dubbed “One Love a Day.” They distributed practical and functional essentials to the children as well as caregivers of Cribs. These included shower gels, hand soaps, bathroom tissue packs and educational instruments such as intermediate pads as well as enjoyable treats like Pillows, chips and snacks.

“We have been doing this every year for the last three years. Seeing the happy faces of the children during this annual event never fails to give us reasons to be happy and share our blessings this Holiday Season,” says Bernice Jayne Chioa-Bunoan, Daiso Japan marketing services manager

Cribs Foundation is an organization committed to the development, healing and recovery of children in need of special protection. Located in Marikina City, it is one of the institutions that envision a safe and loving home environment, free from violence and abuse for all children.

Daiso Japan has 56 stores nationwide, through Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. which holds the exclusive sub-license to sell authentic Daiso merchandise from Japan.
