L’entrecote has Brochette Flambée, 340 g (12 oz) of marinated US-Certified black Angus sirloin flambéed table-side with Scottish whisky. The dish is served on an upright skewer surrounded with Provençal tomatoes, spinach, Mediterranean spaghetti, mushroom cheese risotto, truffle french fries, and house salad with walnuts.
Soon to come are variations with prawn, salmon, lobster, deep-sea scallop and lamb. The Brochette Flambée is good for 2 to 3 persons.
