NASUGBU, Batangas – It’s straight to a photoshoot in an undisclosed venue for the 16 Miss Universe candidates who arrived here on a luxury yacht.

The delegates arrived here at Pico De Loro Resort and Country Club over four hours after their expected time of arrival. They were with reigning Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach.

They had quick lunch and headed to the shoot location.

The ladies are: Croatia, Jamaica, Bahamas, Portugal, Romania, Iceland, Costa Rica, Georgia, Belize, Angola, Germany, Curacao, Panama, Bolivia, Dominican Republic and Sri Lanka.

They arrived in luxury yacht “Happy Life,” a triple-decker Alfamarine boat owned by former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, one of the major sponsors of the 65th Miss Universe.

The products of the photoshoot will be exclusive content for Miss Universe Organization.

This pocket event, which includes a beachfront party, is sponsored by SM Lifestyle and Entertainment.

Other candidates flew to Davao City for the Mindanao tapestry show.

Coronation night happens at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Jan. 30. JE
