New Miss Universe’s first official tweet: ‘Shining brighter than gold’

Shortly after the new Miss Universe was crowned, the Miss Universe Twitter account was officially transferred to Iris Mittenaere of France.

Her first tweet was: “Shining brighter than gold. This is your #MissUniverse.”

The Twitter page was previously held by Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.  Clarizel Abanilla
