‘Mission Impossible’ accomplished

San Beda College Alabang’s grade 10 junior high school students had their “Moving Up” ball at Conrad Manila hotel last March 31, and Inquirer To be You, with Vivo Philippines, was there to document the milestone.

To be You continues its partnership with Vivo in capturing campus moments.

Going for a “Mission Impossible”-themed ball, the 10th graders were all glammed up and dapper, ready for their red-carpet moment.

Young ladies turned heads with glamorous gowns bedazzled with sparkling beads, sequins, fringes, feathers and other eye-catching embellishments. Meanwhile, the gents donned snazzy tuxedos in black, red, white and cream; printed neckties, snappy bow-ties, and smart Oxfords completed the debonair ensemble.

Ali Carandang and Franky Ocampo were crowned Selfie King and Queen of the night. Each received a phone from Vivo Philippines.

Batch 2017 is the second batch of junior high school graduates under the K-12 system, which officially went into effect last academic school year.

Here are some of the most memorable looks of the night.
