Most shopping malls in the country have adjusted their operating hours in observance of the Holy Week, with most establishments closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
Maundy Thursday, April 13, and Good Friday, April 14 are regular holidays in the Philippines, while Black Saturday (April 15) is a special nonworking holiday. Here is a list of malls’ schedules for the Holy Week:
- SM Supermalls – Closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, except select establishments at SM Mall of Asia and SM By the Bay; Regular operating hours on Holy Wednesday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday
- TriNoma, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Fairview Terraces, Marquee Mall (Pampanga), Market! Market!, Alabang Town Center, Abreeza Mall, Centrio Mall (Cagayan de Oro), Ayala Malls South Park, Ayala Malls The 30th, Circuit Lane, District Northpoint, District Imus, District Dasmariñas – Regular mall hours from Holy Monday to Holy Wednesday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday; closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday
- Ayala Center Cebu – closed on Maundy Thursday but Metro Gaisano will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; closed on Good Friday; Regular mall hours on Black Saturday and Easter Sunday
- UP Town Center – 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Maundy Thursday; closed on Good Friday; regular mall hours on Black Saturday and Easter Sunday
- Harbor Point, Subic – Regular mall hours on Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday; extended mall hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Good Friday and Black Saturday
- Ayala Malls Solenad, Santa Rosa, Laguna– Regular mall hours from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday
- Ayala Malls Legazpi – Select stores open on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday; regular mall hours on Black Saturday and Easter Sunday
- Robinsons Place Manila, Galleria Ortigas, Magnolia, Novaliches, Otis, Metro East – closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday; regular mall hours on Holy Wednesday, Black Saturday and Easter Sunday
- Robinsons Place Antipolo, Robinsons Luisita and Summit Ridge Promenade in Tagaytay – Regular mall hours on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday
- Robinsons Place Gen. Trias, Robinsons Place Malolos, Robinsons Place Palawan, Robinsons Place Pangasinan, Robinsons Place Santiago and Robinsons Starmills Pampanga will be only open on Maundy Thursday while Robinsons Place Ilocos will only open on Good Friday
- Bonifacio High Street – Select establishments open on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday; regular operating hours on Holy Wednesday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday
- Fishermall (Quezon Avenue, Quezon City) – Regular operating hours from Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday
- Forbes Town, Eastwood City, Lucky Chinatown, Newport Mall, and Venice Grand Canal – Closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday; regular operating hours on Holy Wednesday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday
