Glass is always in fashion— and comes in practically all colors, shapes and sizes these days. They can be cheery, and they can be somber. We’re layering glass for our vignette, and added an option to turn it into Easter fun. It’s very simple—no special skills required!

What you’ll need:

Big clear vase—We used a short, cylindrical one, but you can use a taller version or even a square one.

A trio of colored bottles

A few floral cuttings

Moss

Boiled quail eggs or some artificial ones (available in the craft section of National Book Store or other craft stores)

1. Put your cuttings in the colored bottles filled with water.
2. Arrange the bottles inside the large vase
3. Scatter the moss around the spaces around bottles

Easter option: Arrange the eggs carefully in little groups within the moss, as if hiding them!
