Gambas al Ajillo

Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup butter

1 kilo, shrimps, peeled
and deveined, tails on

1 head garlic, peeled
and sliced

1/4 cup freshly squeezed
lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons Spanish
paprika

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, to garnish
1. In a sauté pan over medium heat, place olive oil and butter. Warm until melted.

2. Add garlic. Sauce for half a minute.

3. Add shrimp and sauté quickly for about 2 minutes.

4. Pour lemon juice then sprinkle paprika and pepper flakes. Mix.

5. Adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.

6. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves six.
