Nestled in a corner of bustling Forbestown Road in Burgos Circle is Bonifacio Global City’s newest home away from home, Mulberry Door.

Following through on the success of her a la carte food service, nawwTy’s kitchen, and custom catering business, Gourmand Market, Trish Panlilio is giving her specialty dishes a new place in the center of Taguig’s newest food district, satisfying even more food lovers’ comfort food cravings.

“Mulberry Door is the first restaurant we’re putting up,” she said. “We already have nawwTy’s kitchen which serves comfort food, so Mulberry Door will be serving luxe comfort food. The dishes are elevated and more stylized versions of existing dishes in nawwTy’s kitchen.”

Mulberry Door specializes in easy, low-key but excellent gourmet comfort food, which patrons can enjoy in a familiar and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of their own homes. From hanging plants and lights to chandeliers and cozy couches, Mulberry Door’s warm and welcoming interiors perfectly capture the essence of nawwTy’s kitchen’s no-frills but luxury cooking experience.

Customers can enjoy their favorite dishes and specialty cocktails in picture-perfect spots throughout the restaurant, like the Mulberry Corner and Mulberry Lounge, or enjoy the company of famille and friends at elegant wooden tables.

There is also an al fresco area lined with tables leading to Forbes Town Center for additional seating.

“We want our customers to experience good food in an environment they are already familiar with,” said Panlilio.

New eyewear collection

Ideal Vision Center has launched in the Philippines the latest Agnès B. eyewear collection.

Premium materials and delicate details echo the brand’s timeless sense of style. Agnès B. fashion is often rich in detail and never dull. The collection plays with contrasting touches on metal and acetate to frame the eyes in stylish, rounded and slender three-dimensional star inlets with the Agnès B. logo.

With side-shield design and logo on ultra slim metal temples, some pieces present a strong profile in style and personality to highlight facial features. All these iconic styles include titanium nose pads for a superior fit.

Easygoing styles showcase the understated appeal of clean lines with subtle details. These demonstrate everyday wearability with keen attention to all-day comfort. Titanium nose pads and end tips with the iconic Agnès B. logo complement the double-bridged aviator styles that resonate with the brand’s classic vibe.

With touches of the avant-garde, other pieces have evident oversized rounded lens, while some have rectangular frame fronts that share the same temple design with the Agnès B. arrow logo inlets.

The wayfarers for men are made bold by classic metal studs on the frame’s front with the signature Agnès B. logo and lizard inlets at the temple, representing the brand’s unique outlook on French fashion.

A number of pieces are handcrafted in striped Italian acetate with hand polished finish and oversized polygon front, while others have a sophisticated round eye in playful beveled design, with romantic French elegance.

These pieces have a refreshing combination of simple lines and styling, presenting timeless looks for the modern women.

The collection draws its personality and style, hoping to encourage others.

Agnès B. is available at select Ideal Vision Center outlets. Visit idealvisioncenter.com.ph.
