Summer means beach getaways, but too much sun and sea exposure can take their toll on your hair. Le Maquillage Salon’s creative director Laurent Hebert recommends helpful treatments before or after one hits the beach.
For model Alaiza Malinao, Hebert opts for a booster treatment, Kérastase’s Fusio-Dose, which is available only in salons and can be customized by your hair stylist, depending on your hair needs.
Hebert formulates the treatment specifically for Alaiza’s hair, which was dry and brittle due to countless fashion shoots. Her hair diagnosis is quite similar to that of someone who has had too much sun and sea exposure.
Hebert suggests a couple of booster treatment sessions before one thinks of other treatments such as hair coloring or perms.
The Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment takes only about 20 minutes.
