F1 Hotel Manila lands its fifth year of sumptuous buffet spread of Filipino wonders, a dynamic fusion of traditional recipes is offered, being modernized and recreated, to serve cutting-edge Filipino cuisine with the hotel’s annual Filipino feast – LUZVIMINDA 5: Gastronomical Fusion. Three guest chefs will work with Executive Chef Deceker Gokioco to enliven the classical recipes from the country’s island groups, using their modern technics in cooking: Chef Mikel Zaguirre (Locavore) for Luzon, Chef Dennis Uy (Meximama) for Visayas, and Chef Kalel Chan (Museum Café) for Mindanao.
