Advance ticket sales to the Justin Bieber concert on Sept. 30 at the Philippine Arena starts 10 a.m. Thursday, July 6, until 10 a.m. July 7, exclusively for members of the international pop superstar’s Beliebers Fan Club.
Smart subscribers will also get priority on Friday, July 7.
The general public will have the chance to buy tickets in advance on July 9.
