Mandaluyong City, Philippines – Launched in March 2017, the popular urban destination Greenfield District will mark the half-year anniversary of its weekly music event, Jazz Fest Thursdays, this coming October 5.
Born from a vision of providing a high-end, almost-weekend respite for those who want a break from the daily grind, Jazz Fest Thursdays was started by Greenfield almost six months ago. The event is now known for providing an easy escape from the city’s hustle and bustle with its great food selections and live jazz tunes. Music aficionados keep coming back to enjoy the music, food, and urban lifestyle that Greenfield offers.
For it’s half-year anniversary, Jazz Fest Thursdays will celebrate its growing popularity by introducing new food stalls and jazz renditions from popular bands Extrapolation and The Brass Munkeys.
New food stalls like Mab and Goose, Bacon Club, The Meatball Co., and Monster Burgers are among the exciting, gastronomic delights that people can look forward to. To add to that is the unveiling of a jazz-inspired mural by artist collective and new furniture to make the night more relaxing.
“Our goal at the beginning was to create an event in an elegant setting where friends, families, and music lovers can meet to enjoy live jazz performances and great food. I’m glad that we were able to fulfill that vision and remain consistent to it. Jazz Fest Thursdays is a weekly event held at the heart of Greenfield District’s Central Park, a unique open space in the Mandaluyong CBD concrete jungle. Greenfield District is a 15-hectare master-planned city designed with green spaces combined with the convenience of an urban lifestyle.
