Seda BGC presents “A Taste of Misto”, authentic recipes on a weekday lunch buffet of local and international dishes.
Misto, Seda’s signature restaurant, is the Italian word for “mixed”, a term that describes the medley of international flavours that comprise the sumptuous spread, ranging from universal classics to Filipino favorites.
Seda’s Senior Group General Manager Andrea Mastellone says, “We provide options for global travellers to enhance their dining experience. But we also recognize that they value authenticity and will always yearn for the familiarity of traditional flavours.”
Adding the fact that original recipes appeal to all generations, Misto’s value proposition is simple — good food with great taste that has universal appeal, many of which are considered “comfort food” that evoke happy memories, or provide a feeling of contentment simply because they live up to the guests’ expectations.
Group Executive Chef Romualdo “Pepe” Castillo says, “The key is precise timing, plus the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients.”
For the buffet, he presents an excellent variety that does not overwhelm “so that guests can take their time savoring the dishes and keep coming back for their favorites.”
A sample selection includes Yellow Fin Tuna, Steamed Crabs, Halabos na Hipon, Bagnet, Crispy Pata, Pork Humba, Beef Curry and Seafood Pasta as mains; with soup, salads and antipasto to start with; and a range of fresh seasonal fruits and sweets to finish.
“A Taste of Misto” – combining quality and value for a satisfying dining experience. The buffet is available for lunch Monday to Friday (except holidays), at only Php699 nett per person.
