Time to elevate your personal style. Carolina Herrera has set up shop in Greenbelt 5, Makati, one of the city’s prime spots for luxury brands and stylish finds.
The clothes and fragrance brand’s flagship store in the Philippines maintains an exclusive ambience—white and red walls, gilded moldings and beautiful ceilings that reflect its global store concept. Spot the diverse grained woods, and warm up to the chic
color scheme of brown, black and gray as you take in the brand’s iconic red accents.
I admire the dressing rooms, split-glass displays, and plush furniture in this new space.
“I love the idea of elegance and intricacy, but whether it’s in a piece of clothing or a fragrance, the intricacy must appear as simplicity,” says Herrera, who has elevated the white shirt into the quintessential piece it is today.
That’s what Herrera has always been known for, anyway. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she was recognized for her elegant yet modern style. She later translated it into a fashion line, one that would last years and that the world of fashion kept tabs on.
“I have a responsibility women of today, to make her feel confident, modern, and, above all else, beautiful,” she says.
Today, the brand is present in over 100 exclusive stores and more than 200 shop-in-shops in Europe, United States, Latin America, Middle East and Asia.
Get your fill of topnotch glam from a dazzling array of handbags, suits, heels, accessories, and ready-to-wear clothing.
M.A.C. for Carolina Herrera
The powerful woman is interpreted by makeup artist Diane Kendal and M.A.C. Cosmetics for Carolina Herrera’s Spring/Summer 2018 look.
A woman in charge sets her eyes on the prize. This season, the model’s peepers become the focal point of the look. Boldly and tightly defined by the Brushstroke Liner in Brushblack and the Modern Twist Kaja Liner in Squid, the eyes provide a dark contrast to the matte skin and moist lips, perfected with the Studio Conceal and Correct Palette and the Lip Conditioner.
