Fundacion Sansó (Museo Sansó) has released a limited-edition series of Juvenal Sansó’s fine-art prints to mark his 70th year as an artist.
Each print is from the original copperplates made by Sansó during his peak, such as his much-acclaimed Black Series from mid-1950s to late ’60s.
Included is “The Flower Market,” which Sansó considers as his best work from the Black Series.
Each print is pencil-signed by Sansó and numbered in editions of 50 and below.
Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity from Fundacion Sansó.
Recently launched are box sets of fine archival giclée prints. These museum-quality fine-art reproductions are made from ultra-high resolution images and printed using the finest archival ink and paper, guaranteed to last over 100 years and over, in the right conditions.
This make it possible for Sansó collectors and art aficionados to own a set of 10 of outstanding pieces from different periods of Sansó’s stellar career. The works come with special serially numbered individual stickers.
The box set was put together by Fundacion Sansó to commemorate his 88th birthday on Nov. 23. They’re on sale at 25-percent less before that date. —CONTRIBUTED
